Dongdubao, established in 1998, is one of the largest enterprises in field of shoe mould in Wenzhou. It occupied about 15, 000 square meters, mainly manufactures TPR, TR, PU DIP, PVC, PVC AIR, PVC AIR DIP, RB moulds.
Dongdubao imported more than 100 equipments, including CNC machining center, CNC numerical control carving-milling machine, three seats of standard imitation model machine, double caput of laid milling, numerical control planer, electric spark and line-cutting machine and so on. It has separately set up workshop for testing TPR single, double and triple colors, TR, PU and RB moulds besides hi-tech exactitude foundry workshop. It adopts scientific management to reach one continuous line of pattern-making ability from preparing production, exploiting technique, making wooden models as well as processing with machine, processing with electricity, processing with chemistry. It invests much to import advanced three-dimensional high precision optical scanning machine, especial system for professional shoe mould, professional retrorse engineering flow, and utilized them to make shrinking fro 3D model, testing mould and correction shaped mould by foundry got wholly technology conformity in order to further improve quality of products and curtail period of products.
