Parts are fully inspected using our vision systems, optical comparators, CMM equipment and functional gages. Serving a variety of industries such as aerospace, defense, medical and electronics, our stampings can be applied to heat transfer products, military and defense components, and electronic assemblies to name a few. All of our tooling is designed, built and maintained in-house using our state of the art tool room. We also build gages and inspection fixtures in-house. Being experts in carbide, we have increased the run times of many of our tools between sharpenings. This saves you money on die maintenance and part costs. We also have a full PM program for our equipment and tooling. Our inspection processes are fully capable of First Article, PPAP, collecting CPK data, lot controlling and functional checks.
