Application: Hot plate welding is widely used for the most challenging materials and large part assembly with high strength and hermetic requirements. During the hot plate welding, both part halves are held rigidly in position against/ near a thermally heated platen to melt the joining surfaces. The materials are then quickly separated from the heated source and driven together and allowed to re-solidify under pressure.

Application of Machine with this Specification:
This machine is used to joint two thermoplastic halves through the thermal heating the interface of the two halves to get the desired products.
Functions:
1. This machine is specially designed as making use of way of that thermoplastic parts can be joint together well after be molten by heating to melt and joint parts requiring high-tension-proof and water-proof
2. The upper cylinder and lower cylinder are equipped with two independent press regulating valves, avoiding work affected by self-gravity of the upper fixture and the lower fixture.
3. Every door is equipped with a safety lock to ensue that all doors are close during machine running, thus it can keep operator from injure during operation.

4. Equipped with a pair of optical safety curtains at the door, machine can not run if anything is sensed by optical curtain to protect persons or other things from injure. The optical curtain is as below photo:
5. Solid-state relay and temperature regulator are used to thermostatically control the hot platen. Since no electric generated during operation, relies can bear long time. The temperature regulator has PID function which can regulate the temperature of hot platen in the accuracy as± Centigrade.
6. Tri-color lamp is applied on this machine: The red one is for alarm, when is on, it means that machine does not work due to fault; It means that machine works well when the green one is on and it means machine has been stopped or under manual state.
7. The hot platen fixing frame moves forward and backward driven by cylinder which protected by two pieces of side plate from heating. It as the below photo:
8. The upper fixture and the lower fixture is guided by 4 pieces of high accurate guide pillars and applied on with 16 liner bearings, ensuring upper and lower fixtures move up and down smoothly and accurately.
9. The shape change is easy to happen to minted mould, thus mould can not move smoothly. To avoid shape change happen to minted mould, we make mould from fine grinding steel, which can proof bending and ensure that the position of the 4 linear bearings will not change so easily at the same time, thus mould can move up and down smoothly.
