Mould process: Using advanced equipment for the molds, including digital control CNC( computer manufacturing center), EDM( electric-spark machine), several line cutting machines, multi-function milling machines etc

1) Material: S50C, S45C, P20, 718, NAK80, S136, SKD11, 8407, 1.2363 or customers' appointed material
2) Process: We have a lot of advanced machines such as high speed CNCs, EDM, Wire-electrode Cutting, Grinding machines, Drill machines, Milling machines, and injection machines from 60T-2000T to meet different customer's request. The material is forged by ourselves and also we do the heat treatment in our workshop. These could better control the quality of the molds.
3) Finish: Vacuum plating, electroplating, painting, printing and so on;
4) Machines: 218 injection molding machines from 80T to 2500T Mold Clamping Capability and CNC, Wire-cutting Machine, EDM, CNC Miller, CNC Carver and other equipments are imported from Japan;
5) Professional team: Experienced engineers, strict QCs, skilled mould makers, trained product workers excellent management with over 15 years experience in engineering design, plastic mould and injection molding, die casting part production and assembly;
6) Application: All kinds of automatic plastic injection parts and die casting parts, such as remote controllers, telephone sets, computer keyboards, calculators;
7) Packaging: Inner packing— Polythene bags, outer packing--Paper and wooden cases suitable for transportation by air or sea;
