AB-F4 Electric Fishtails making Machine is the newest type machine in the result of our R & D trial and experienced-test. It is based on the improvement in the part of rolling material of AB-F3 type changed eccentric roller into eccentric shaft, three-fold in one roller in order to increase three working life than the others, the flat roller added in outer side can make the square bar and round bar be sharp points and pressed-flat. The Machine operating work is more convenience, also easy to change the rollers freely. There are two rollers(including thin -line and flat -line) with the machine on free cost( the other rollers can be made and chosen according to the customers' )

1. It is not necessary to beat flat the bevel edge, and it can realize at one time molding. The molding material end becomes wider and thinner with the thickness no more than 2MM.
2. It used cyclonical two-speed reducer to enlarge torque. It adopts special way for the torque transmission between the gearbox and working case, ensuring smooth and reliable mechanical operation.
3. On the back holdup plate of the machine, there is a rolling size localization device. We can accord the product requirement select the rolling length localization size and achieve the optimum result.
