But Beking thinks, with only 0.35mm wall thickness, the product can be used only once and not suitable for current market which is low carbon tendency. Engineers of Beking develope food box with thickness of 0.5mm, while hand feel like 1mm thickness product. And it can be reused.
Beking's thin-wall mould can be produced on most high speed injection machines. Fastest cycle time can be 4 seconds. Thin-wall mould can be two cavity, four cavity and even more, according to different customers requirement.
