Steps:
1. R&D: We support cutomer R&D. Design or improve design for you.
2. Quotation: Within 24 hours
3. Order: Use your own design or use ours. We will send schedule to you as soon as we receive your confirmation.
4. Mould: All parts will be produced according to the design. Build the mould according to your request, send mould design to you for approval before processing, send sample to you before product manufacturing.
5. Sample shoot: If you are not satisfied with the first sample, we will modify the mould until it meets your requests.
6. Production: We'll provide lead time after your confirmation of the quantity.
7. Delivery: By sea or by air, according to your requirements.

Our company mainly focuses on thermosetting plastics industry, supplying SMC, BMC, DMC, GMT fiberglass moulds and moulds for composite material. It is an enterprise with integrated features of mould design, manufacturing, processing and FRP products pressing. In 2000, we started to cooperate with military research institutions and enterprises on directional lay up technology and relevant mould development and trial. TQ Mould plays a key role in the utilization of UD / Kevlar bulletproof composite material in domestic military protective equipment field. Now it's one of the largest mould supplier for Chinese military bulletproof products, and specialized in manufacturing moulds for various glass fiber reinforced plastics.
We mainly provide the following services:
1. Mould Design & Manufacturing
(1) SMC mould, DMC mould, BMC mould, FRP tooling, RTM mould, GMT mould, LFT molding.
(2) Moulds for UD/KEVLAR products. Currently we are cooperating with Chinese military units, the moulds are mainly for the production of: Bulletproof helmet, bulletproof armor plates.
(3) Other thermosetting plastics mold, the moulds are mainly used for the production of following products: DAP products, Epoxy APG, Melamine products, PAI molding.
(4) BMC injection mould, BMC injection molding and compression mould
(5) GMT, LFT mould
2. New product development, simple fiberglass mold and fiberglass manual samples; Machining, rapid prototyping, assist customers on product structure analysis, assembly performance analysis, stress condition analysis, reliability and lifetime analysis during product development phase.
3. Molding of SMC, DMC, FRP products, small batch trial production, assist customers on cost evaluation through technical data setting, molding cycle determining and production capacity evaluation.
4. Support various FRP molding technology, participate in customers' product design procedure, and assist them on the developing of new products according to their requirements.
