Our company is adhered to supply customer with the middle and small sized precision moulds and complete follow-up service, such as injection moulding, printing, spraying and assembling and so on.
For Mould quality control, we have 4 quality engineers.
In order to promote and regulate the quality management, we obtained the ISO 9001: 2000 quality manage system from Britain BSI in 2005, at present we are applying the certification of TS16949: 2002 quality system.

Hardness Measuring (HM);

Height Gauge (HG) etc^
For mould manufacture,
We are equipped with high precision processing machines imported from Japan and Taiwai as follows:
6 set High precision CNC;
6 set High precision electric EDM;
3 set High precision electric Wire Cutting machines;
6 set conventional Milling machines;
4 set and a Large-scale Grinding machine, Lathe Machine and so on^
For injection moulding:
We boast injection machines from 50-280T made in Japan and China as follows:
50T, 80T, 90T, 200T, 280T
As this year we have injection workshop was perfected gradually, at present we are bringing in a number of devices.
Injection workshop is 24 hours of work, timely and accurate delivery of products to meet customer and quality requirements.
For mould design:
We mainly employ UG software for designing and programming, which appear to be the better method that can be convenient for the same format of 3D files,
Our main acceptable drawing:
2D format: JPEG, DWG, PDF;
3D format: X_T\ PRT\ STP\ IGS;
We have 120 employees in total, 80 of them for mold manufacture
