Apply to pure zinc, zinc alloy wire with tin or aluminum wire drawing.
Machine detail
Machine frame: Adopt digital boring machine for hole boring to ensure the concentric of the axis and the machine frame.
Dies seat: Adopt West Germany(Inlay type), assure the drawing center distance to avoid the wire breakage.
Drawing axes: Made of S45C medium carbonizes steel with high frequency modified treatment, which can be more wear well.
Roller: Adopt S45C forging steel with high density to be more wear well.
Electric Equipment: Mainly adopt Taiwan SHSI brand.
Motor: Adopt top China brand (Dong Guan Motor), large wire drawing machine 11KW, Medium wire drawing machine 7.5KW, small wire drawing machine 5.5KW. Small wire drawing machine adopt inverter speed control. Roller spray chromium to assure the brightness of the fine size wire and reduce wire breakage as well.
