Our company was founded in 2003. It is located in the second biggest seaport city--Beilun port, Ningbo, China, covered an area of 20, 500 square meters. After 10 years experience of hard working, has formed a certain scale and the annual turnover reached more than USD 15 million. Ningbo Zhongxin also is the member company of Ningbo Beilun Mould Industry Association. ''Quality is the best policy'', Our company own high-precision testing equipment, such as CMM(coordinate measuring machine), spectrum analyzer, X-ray flaw detector to ensure product quality to meet customer requirements, customer satisfaction! We utilize advanced testing equipment and CAD / CAM / CAE design software to optimize the design and processing so that the items can be comparable with similar imported products by reasonable structure, good shape, long life, high dimensional accuracy. All items are produced under ISO9001: 2008 and TS16949 Quality and Manage System Certificate.
Zhongxin own die-casting machines(range from 160T to 1600T), the manipulator can be configured to automatically pick, greatly improving the security and efficiency, the annual production capacity is about 6000 tons. 16 Machining centers, a high-precision CNC lathes, dozens of small tools, can diecast and finish machining for all kinds of automobile, motorcycles, gasoline engines, general machinery, electric tools and so on. The annual production capacity can reach 100, 000sets.
We always adhere to take the aim of "quality as the life, zero defects as the goal" and the concept of "Keep improving, quality update" as to a higher starting point of the results.
