CM-G6 is the most stable fully automatic pet stretch blow molding machine. The capacity of the products range from 0.6L to 1.5L. It can blow pet bottles for different use: Pure water and soda water, soft drinks, fruit juices, tea, energy water, milk and dairy products, beer, oil and sauce, and other drink packing containers, which is made of plastic of crystalline type, such as PET etc.
CM-G series rotary machine adopted original heating and blowing technique, by which the automatic blowing machine series have achieved in powerful productivity but very reasonable price.
A. Advantages of rotary automatic blow molding machine
1. High productivity: 1400PCS/cavity/hour
2. High eligible rate: Above 99.5%.
3. Power saving: Heater is fixed with link of short section (pitch 43.8mm), which assures to heat more performs with the same heating length. In this way, it saves electricity of 25%.
4. Adopting SIMENS electric controlling system with high precision and fast speed.
Stable function: Blowing system adopts Germany valve and cylinder, which has stable and accurate stretching speed and good product consistency.
5. Mold fixing structure assures fast mold fixing speed and fast mold changing speed.
6. Automatic plastic loader and automatic recovery device.
