You send us an inquiry ,we make you an offer as your drawings with dimensions
2. Negotiation
Customer provide us the sample, 3D drawing or digital files ,and both parties negotitate over the price and material of mould. delivery time,payment terms etc.
3.Place the Order
Based on Specific demands of the customer and the agreement of both parties
4 .Design
Qianjia R&D team start to make a UG and Pro-E file for the sample or 3D drawing finished by the customer
5 .Machining
After received down payment, we informed workshop to start make mold.The mold shop goes through various machining procedures
6. Test Mold
Customer come factory to test the mold,or we send the sample to customer for check
7. Delivery
Upon approval by the customer, and got the balance money,we will arrange mold shipment to port
