Introduction: CO2 laser marking machine is the galvanometer scanning system type using CO2 as working medium. The wavelength is 10.64um which can be easily absorbed by most non- metal materials and have a very high electro-optic conversion rate. It uses fundamental mode to output laser that makes it high and stable beam quality. Contact-free processing, non mechanical wear and deformation, consumable free, low process cost, but with high process efficiency and high speed, flexible to control, and compatible with automatic production line. Features: 1. Imported MFR CO2 laser tube, optics system and high speed galvanometer scanning to make it long working life, high precision, excellent performance and maintenance-free. 2. Comparing with traditional inject printer, it has much faster marking speed but lower marking cost. 3. Great anti-counterfeiting performance and indelible marking effect. 4. Marking-on-the-fly and rotary marking are available, as well as large-area XY axis worktable for automatic segmentation marking. 5. Software has strong functions, supported graphic data format like PLT, PCX, DXF, BMP and auto-generated serial number, date, bar code and QR code.
