2. Moldbase Standard: HASCO/DME/LKM/ Rabourdin.
3. Hot-Runner: Moldmaster, YUDO, INCOE, HASCO, HUSKY, Synventive.
4. Mold Size: Up to 2 meters or 10 Ton.
5. Plastic Material: ABS, PP, PE, PC, PC+ABS, PVC, PS, TPE, PUR, PMMA, PA6&66, PA6&66+GF, etc.
6. Mould life: 300, 000 shots to 1000, 000 shots.
7. Cavity No.: Single cavity and family cavities.
8. Design software UG, PROE, CAD, solidwork, etc.
9. Lead time: 20-60days and depending to the complexity of molds structure.
10. Usual Injection cycle time: 15-80 Seconds and depending to the complexity of products structure.
11. FOB Shenzhen.
12. Payment: Payment terms for moulds: T/T, 40% Deposit with P. O., MID Term(First Shot)40%, Final Term(Upon Approval Before Shipping)20%.
13. During the moldmaking stage a weekly mold process report with pictures for each mold will be sent by the project engineer to customers. So that our customers know the progress of mold manufacturing like in-site watching.
14. We will not start the manufacturing until the customers approve mold drawings.
15. After the customer approve the samples we will arrange the shipping or the customers arrange the shipping by themselves.
16. Before shipping for each mold a video in complete automatic operation, mold drawings, Process sheets are provided to the customers.
