Product Description
16L-60L double layers with accumulator head blow molding machine is a newly developed product in our company.This model uses twin-screw with co-accumulator die head and increase recycled layer&propotion as well as reducing the use of raw material to reduce product cost. Plasticization cancels V-belt drive, but adopt parallel shaft-helical gear reducer motor to reduce energy consuption, vibration and noise. Hydraulic clamping uses oil-filled cylinder and small oil tank to increase clamping pressure. And uses large tank in mold opening and closing to lessen oil pump displacement and energy consumption.
This model is applied for making trash,chemical barrels,pallets and cabinet products etc.
