Product Introduction: To meet the demand of the market, LISHUNYUAN bases on decades of packaging machine design and manufacture experience, after more than 2 years independent R&D, devoloped intelligent automatic rigid box making machine in 2012, greatly solve common faults of the rigid box macking machines on current market, like bubble, scratch, loose side, low turn-indepth, uneven gluing, inaccuracy positioning, time-consuming mold chang, etc. Sutable for making rigid boxes, like phone box, cosmetic box, jewelry box, wine box, cake box, tea box, etc.
Characteristics: Intelligent adjusting, quick mole changing, suitable for producting various model of rigid boxes one day. Adopts servo optical fiber postioning system, high postioning accuracy: ± 0.2mm With memory function, can recall previously produced box paramets to start production within 1 minute after assemble the molds. Max turn-in depth is high to 80mm. Can make some irregular shape boxex, like high-low boxes, trapezoidal boxes. etc. Can make ear-to-ear and ear-cross-ear floding boxes, like iPhone box. When wrapping, the holding device hold the box up, ensure not to scratch the wrapping paper. Can choose below optional parts according to requirement: .
