1, Mold
Size: 4.2m 4.8m 6m type: Movable and integral
Purposes: Double-layer hollow side plates work for heat insulation and the inner side plates adopt 8mm thick steel plates through welding so as to enhance the rigidity, prevent from deformation and prolong the service life.
2, Side plate
Size: 4.2m 4.8m 6m
Purposes: Side plates combined with molds can hold slurry and green bricks to the cutting machine for cutting and after grouping with the larry, they will be conveyed to the autoclave for steaming.
3, Steaming larry
Structure: It is weld by 12# channel steel so as to match with mould base plate and frames, it runs stably and easily: Track width: 600mm.
Purposes: Larry is an accessory equipment used in the production of aerated concrete. After cutting, the green bricks and base plates will be lift to the larry to enter the autoclave for steaming.
