Moulded grating was made from fiberglass roving laid-up and thermosetting resin casted on the large die at the same time, as well filling the silicon particles on the top of die through a cold hardening's process. If needed, moulded grating can be made a sole structure: The upper surface is grating, the lower is flat board by closing up the upper surface with FRP board.
