1. This line is composed of Extruder, Molds, Vacuum calibration tank, Cooling tank, Caterpillar haul off machine, Planetary cutting machine and stacking machine.
2. Single screw extruder capacith can be chosen based on customer's real need.
3. Speed reducer: Gear and shaft parts with a high-strength alloy steel,
The main bearings and oil seals and other standard parts are made of high quality brand products.
4. Screw: Specifical for new and efficient processing of PE HDPE material. Nitriding depth of 0.5-0.6mm, hardness HV740-940, surface roughness Ra ≤ 0.8um.
5. Barrel: Barrel adopts feed and water cooling device structure for the all-in-one, with forced feeding Groove, Groove surface temperature adjustable sleeve, ensuring high-speed extrusion process yield stability and reliability.
6. Molds: Die head material--40Cr, After forging quenching and tempering, Bolts level--12.9 high strength bolts, Surface flow--Nitriding, polishing, heat treatment and hardness HRC52-56.
7. Vacuum calibration: Cabinet material--Stainless steel, Including rubber dam seal specifications: Specifications match with the mold, Nylon vacuum chamber half-pipe support pallets, specifications and pipe to match, Cover material is high quality aluminum alloy casting.
8. Cooling tank: Including the seal plate seals, rubber seals to adapt with the pipe size.
9. Caterpillar haul off: Adjusting method--pneumatic compress device, Equipped with a meter installation, meter size is accurate, the length of any set.
10. Cutting machine: Equipped with strong sucking device.
11. Stacking machine: Pneumatic flip. Scroll nylon roller to prevent the pipe surface scratches.
