Plastic Machine PERT Hot Water Heating Pipe Extruder Machine
Features: 1. Screw Type: special single screw extruder for polyolefin with high extruding speed and effective plasticization. Separation mixing screw specialized for polyolefin. 2. Extrusion Type: specially designed three co-extruding die, reasonable channel, smooth outside and inside wall, and little internal stress. 3. Pipe Dia: 16mm to 25mm, extruding speed 16 m/min.
Processing flow of PERT pipe production line:
Raw material + additive → mixing → vacuum feeding machine → hopper dryer → single screw extruder → color code extruder → mould and calibrator → vacuum forming machine → cooling tank → haul-off machine → cutting machine → discharging rack
