Product Description
-Cavity numbers: Fun consecutively from cavity 1 at top of tool down to max no
-Ejector pin: Ejector pigs are to be of European standard each ejector pin must be individually indentified along with the relevant hole position(head thickness 3mm)
-Push backs: The ends of each push back pin is to be tapped with a suitable metric size to aid maintenance.
-Runner design: The runner system on all tool needs to be balanced to within +-2%.
-Degating: Where possible parts are to separate from runner after mould operation.
-Assembly drawing: Full scale tool assemble drawing are provide. In paper form and electronically with each tool.
-Water circuits: Pressure test all water circuits up to 8Bar. Water circuits to be tapped 1/4BSP
-Mold be free from burrs and sharp edges.
-Lifting holes: Each individual plate on the molds is to have a suitable lifting hole to aid maintenance.
