The Steel Pile mould our company supplied is designed and manufactured with the new technology absorbing from Japan and Korea. The mould is with compact structure, with male and female design on the longitudinal mould-closing, and with latitudinal taper pin locking. All the moulds are produced by sections, and will be joined by screws and bolts. It is easy to transport, and fast to assemble. Besides, our factory just got the patent for the long length pile moulds with spring bolts design at the locking the two half moulds, this design improves the higher efficiency, fast cleaning, and no leakage of slurry.
