PVC Hot-Cutting Granulation Line
This production line produces pellets by hot cutting, mainly PVC pellets. It is featured as advanced equipment, precise pelletizing and high producing capacity.

BEIER headquarter was founded in 1998, which has been engaged in researching and manufacturing plastic recycling and extrusion equipment for more than 15 years and so far our products have been exported to more than 160 customers in 70 countries around the world. Our products mainly involve three parts as below:
1. Recycling: Including washing and granulating production line. The maximum output of washing line is 6 tons per hour and our product has covered America, Russia, South Asia, Southeast Asia, Middle East, Africa and so on.
2. Extrusion: Including pipe extrusion, profile extrusion, sheet extrusion, and wood plastic extrusion. The pipe extrusion line is our core product and it has the advantage of high efficiency and energy saving (For instance: The ratio of output and energy consumption of our high efficiency PE production line can reach 4.5 kg / kw)
3. Blow molding machine: High degree of automation and have same technology and quality with Kautex Germany. Our products are widely used in the packaging industry and end-customer includes Bluemoon and COFCO and so on.
