Feature and function
PVC pipe extrusion is mainly used to make PVC, U---PVC, C---PVC AND M---PVC pipe for water supplying and drainage, electric pipe and so on.
The line is composed by conical twin screw extruder, pipe mould, wacuum calibrator, cooling tank, haul--off machine, cutter, stacker, belling machine and so on.
It can produce PVC pipefrom φ 16---φ 630mm in different thickness by changing the type of machine and mould.
