Product Description
This rain boots injection molding machine is applied to produce all kinds of different height of plastic PVC/TPR rain boots.
The injection machine system is controlled by two section pressure and screw temperature is controlled by four section PID.
This injection molding machine is operated by full automatic computer and PLC. The seals ans hydraulic parts is imported from Taiwan.
This machine use the strong pressure air to assist the workers to take out the products from the molds.
It uses the strong and double clamping cylinder which is special order for this machine.
Disk drives by full automatic two section speed which is more stable and fast.
This boots injection machine adopts the latest device of full-automatic open-close molds. This device will save labor and improves production efficiency.
