1.After powder coating(not just painting), the table is leveled by using the level and the adjustment feet. 2.The surface of square rail and rack are polished by whetstone to remove burrs. 3.After drilling on the square rail, the indicator and levelling ruler to adjust the parallelism and the flatness, by which the accuracy is up to 0.1mm. 4.After install the rack, to test and make sure the accuracy of the straightness is up to 0.1mm. 5.The installment of gantry' rack and rack is the same as the table. 6.The parallelism of the head's screw and square rail is up to 0.05mm. 7.When debugging the diagonal lines, the Fang Gun is required, and the accuracy should be 0.3mm.
