Guided by Mr Du Xingwu, master of Department of Precision Instruments and Mechanology Tsinghua University, Hengyang Huayi Machinery Co., Ltd was established in 2001. Our factory located in Hengyang city Hunan province. The area of factory is 38000 square meter. We professionally produce HTV Rubber injection machine, LSR injection machine, platen vulcanizing press, transfer press and relevant moulds. The applying fields: Sealing parts, shock absorption parts, insulator, cable joint, arrester, corners and all kinds of rubber injection parts.

For manufacturing facilities, we have large vertical lathe, coordinate boring machine, large planer, CNC boring and milling machine, CNC lathe and advanced cutting machines etc. It guaranteed our processing capability and high quality products.

At present, our capacity reached 300 PCS machines annually, with the support of 260 staffs, including 24 R&D engineers, 5 QC and 70 technicians. What is more, we have strict management system according to ISO9001: 2000 and ERP system. At side of technology, we have gained Patents of Liquid rubber shaping and cold runner assistant shaping. Huayi is also high-tech enterprise, which release at least 50 new designs every year. It provides good advantage for our export. The main exporting markets are USA, Germany, Russia, Iran, Ukraine, Brazil etc. We will expand our export market and export quantity.
