DJB80N full automatic bottle blow molding machine(Accumulation injection fixed clamping mold) is specially designed for making plastic water bottles, lubricant oil bottles, detergent bottles, cosmetic bottles, and other plastic containers not over 30L with PE, HDPE, PP, PVC, PETG, PS and so on.
The features of this machine:
(1) Man-Machine integrated touch-type operation system, different Process parameters storage, equipment failure alarm.
(2) Plasticizing system driving motor with frequency conversion, which realizes stepless speed change.
(3) The Die head adopts is of accumulation & injection type, First-in first-out and reasonable flow channel. This can eliminate fusion line of parison and change color quickly.
(4) Three-axis single cylinder, two-way synchronization clamping mechanism. Linear rolling guide rails and column type mold moving is helpful to auto flashing. Also electric eye is installed which can protect operator when mold clamping.
(5) Optional wall thickness control system can adjust uniformity of the axial wall thickness. And Optional multifunctional bottom blowing device and robot can reduce intensity of work.
(6) Multiple screw is available for double layer or transparent liquid lever line.
