Introduction of Hydraulic Press
Baide manufactures wide ranges of hydraulic press to meet the need of every customer's specification and requirements. Hydraulic press adopts four-column structure with simple, economic and practical design.
The hydraulic control system employs cartridge valve integrated system, so the moving is reliable and can work for a long life. With an independent power-control system, this hydraulic press has a very clear working circle and can be easily repaired. The working pressure and stroke can be changed according to customer's needs.
Charatcter of hydraulic press:
1. Machine frame and worktable enjoy high guide precision, good rigidity and resistance to lateral force. It is specially suitable for pressing both asymmetric products and those with high precision.
2. Worktable enjoys fast speed and high production efficiency.
3. Four columns are made of alloy steel with high strength, being hard chrome plated and good wearing resistance.
4. Cylinder is mounted underneath to embrace a compact structure.
Application of hydraulic press: Stamping, forming, stretching, shaping, laminating and edge cutting of metal and non-metal parts. Typical products that is pressed are watchcase, watchband, eyeglass frame and components, picture frame, tableware, logo, lock, hardware, etc.
