We use 3D design and CNC machining in blowing moulds to ensure smooth and unity of the bottle shape, as well as the accurate capacity. Mould material adopts American aviation aluminum 7075 and S136 from ASSAB company. Unique cooling system design ensures production rate.
For extrusion blowing mould, we could provide various sizes of Plastic Blow Moulds (5ML~260L).
