2. Latitudinal Steel:with USA Powermax Plasma power supply, and our CNC machine to cut the latitude Steel. Very beautiful cutting, no rough edge, high accurate size according to the Drawing by USB input.
3.Longitudinal Steel:we purchase the entire 6 meter or 12 meter long , width 100-150mm, thickness 10-30mm Steel strip, and use. Then use the flame cutting at the designed length. It is higher strength, and non-deforming. Which helps the mould longer using life.
4.Anti-rust painting:the good quality oil paint will be used at this stage, the anti-rust painting helps the moulds clean, no rust, and water-proof.
