It is composed by clamping structure, die head, extrusion system, hydraulic system, Frame, pneumatic system, cooling system, bottom blow device, electric system, parison controller and so on. And the take out products device"The picker" can be chosen by customer.
1. Hydraulic system: Imported hydraulic control valves and oil pump are used in the proportional control system to ensure the M/C's running more quickly, stablely and smoothly.
2. Plasticizing system: Adopt high-performance nitralloy steel screw to ensure the material be plasticized evenly and completely.
3. Extrusion system: Adopt transducer and hard-teeth gear box, which can reduce noise, save energy and get a long service life.
4. Clamping system: Adopt " two bars + two cylinders" structure and liner rolling guideway to improve the precision of template moving.
5. Electric system: Japanese Mitsubishi PLC+colorful touch screen (bilingual HMI)+temperature control module = high precision and easy operation.
All YJBA-series are especially for energy-saving design. They can save 264 kw· H/24h than before, and energy consumption of the hydraulic system can be reduced by 30% or above, saving considerable electricity.
