1. YF series PVC profile production line mainly used for PVC door and window profiles, adopt the special designed and treatment screw and barrel, make the final product goes well.
2. The final product width range: 180mm-600mm.
3. The production line according to different profile section and mold, use different specification of parallel twin-screw extruder, and configure the corresponding vacuum stereotyped units, traction machine, cutting machine, stacker and other auxiliary equipment.
4. The machine units mainly consist of the twin screw extruder, mold, vacuum foaming tank, haul-off machine, cutting machine and stacker.
5. The host screw and barrel temperature control system: The screw temperature control through the oil cooling system while the barrel temperature control through the air cooling fan and ring heater.
6. The machine units adopt the famous brand electrical system: ABB speed governor, Japanese RKC temperature controller, SIMENS contactor.
7. The screw extruder and haul-off unit have applied imported A/C inverter.
