Mainly used for deep drawing products shape. Apply in
(1)vessel category: Stainless steel, aluminum, enamel bath slot, pressure vessel, stainless steel catharsis chamfer production;
(2) producing of large automobile cover parts;
(3) the production of drawing products of tractor, motorcycle and aerospace industries;
(4) the various molding commissioning.
Features:
1. The equipment adopts pre-tightening combined-type structure or four-column structure.
2. Tetragonal trisoctahedron guide takes the advantages of high accuracy, anti-overload ability and centralized lubrication.
3. The structure is economical, simple and practical.
4. Import new type ring seals to ensure a reliable seal.
5. Movable table is fixed for the convenience of the exchange of moulds.
6. Slides can be connected by dowel pin to realize single action process.
