A. Workability
The base compound and curing agent are mixed and then poured into the mold to create a silicone rubber mold quickly. Workable time and cure time can be adjusted.
B. Mold-releasability
The cured rubber releases easily from the mold, so mold-release agents (soapy water, wax, etc.) are unnecessary.
C.Dimensional stability

Why should the silicone mold be reused only for a few times?
It can be due to the following reasons:
a.Additing too much silicone oil into silicone rubber.Silicone oil is an additive which destroies the molecular weight of silicone rubber and reduce the tension and tear strength.
b.Using the silicone rubber with a high hardness to make molds for small sized products with delicate and intricate designs and the silicone rubber with a low hardness to make molds for large sized products with simple designs.(Notes: we should choose the silicone rubber specifically according to the requirements of our products to avoid this problem.)
