Water Cap mould
1. Adopt imported P20 ,2316 etc,steel.
2.Hot runner is designed advanced and reasonably, each cavity heat controlled independently, temperature uniform.
3. Each cavity and core have indepent cooling system.shorten production cycle time.
4. Cavity can be changed,convenient to change remark of the cap .
5.Hot runners with good balance ensure PET melt material running to each cavity and keep balance pressure.
6.The design of PET runners ensures minimum cutting force and IV lost.
7.Reasonable heat distribution ensures stable AA content in all the cavities.

Mould testing: Send trial samples and try-out report to customer for confirmation
Mould modification: we do the correction according to the approval by both parties
Delivery: mould, drawing, spare parts and mold cooperation manual will be shipped together
