1. This type is suitable for following working processes: Powder metallurgy, producing mechanical components, pressing and forming of fine ceramics, electronic ceramics and hard synthetic products.
2. With an independent hydraulic and electrical system, this type has auto-feed and auto-takeout device
3. Floating pressing can effectively control forming density.
4. Two die-mould device modes are available: Protective de-mould and general de-mould.
5. Process action is controlled by imported PLC to form a reliable action. The machine uses button centralized control, which can be operated continually and steadily.
6. Oil cooling device is fixed, as well as a mechanical restrainer to guarantee consistency of products.
