Introduction:KRWY200W series automatic laser welding machine is specially designed for stainless steel, bathroom accessories and lighting products etc. It is with high precision, small welding spot (0.2mm-2mm), small heated area, no deformation of working piece and allowed for texturing after welding. It is the application of laser local deposition welding technology in the field of tools and moulds.Features:1. Using imported ceramic condensing cavity, high photoelectric conversion rate, CCD real-time monitoring to make sure the stability of welding quality.2. It can implement automatic and semiautomatic spot welding, butt welding, stitch welding, and sealing welding, mainly for seamless welding of thin-walled materials and precision parts.3. High precision locating, small focusing spot, accuracy control and easy to achieve automation.4. Using four-dimensional ball screw worktable and imported servo control system, optional rotary worktable, and be able to mark DOT, line, circle, square or any plan figures drawn by CAD.5. Any waveform is available, and can be adjusted according to different welding materials. The match of welding parameters and welding requirements to achieve the best welding effect.
