I Line description

This line is specially designed for armoring various cables with GI wires. It is also suitable for copper wire screening, taping and armoring.

The carriage has max. 48 bobbins, with back-twist device, better armoring result.

Carriage has safety protection palings; Taping and armoring section have protection cover.

4.2 Carriage section

Structure: double-support-wheel, full-gear back-twisting, high speed

Cage disk is full steel plate milled, diameter 2500mm

Transmission case: 6-shift, FW/RV and Neutral, enough rigidity & reliability

All wire-through moulds are made by corundum, smooth and anti-wearing, no damage to wires/cables

Band-type brake, hydraulic driven

4.3 Stranding mould seat:

 Double-row structure, flip-open-cover pressing mould, stranding distance can be adjusted by moving screw.
