Hot runner system
Usually, Multi-cavity pet preform mould does use the hot runner system rather than cold runner system, so the design of hot runner system plays an important role in mould quality guarantee.
Adopt advanced hot runner system with point to point control system,in which each cavity has its own heating zone and temperature is measured by independent thermocouple.
Cooling system
Each core,cavity and neck and slide plate adopt independented cooling system, which brings high productivity.
Proper distribution of cooling water way improve productivity effect and molding cycle only takes 15 seconds
Valve gate
Adopt the valve gated design avoid some problems such as whiting or plastic filiform on bottom,which brings high-quality products.
Hydraulic Ejecting
The perform-doffing success ratio has achieved high level and the whole perform ejecting process will become much quieter.Avoid the mechanism friction
Double Self-lock structure
The main components of moulds ( core,cavity and screw neck )are made by high precision high speed machine tool process,which ensure the precision and with advanced technique to make each cavity self-lock,and bi-awls orientation strucure ensure mold concentricity (tolerance less than 0.08mm)
Graphite copper plate under slide plate,guide push with Graphite copper tube as lubricant to reduce the mold guide friction,when the mold open and close.
Slipper block use HUSKY type with material of steel P20, which is highly anticorrosion, all the move parts used advanced ion nitration treatment, the surface hardness is HRC48-52.
The hot runner adopts the PID controlling system.It has the function of the self repair and self protection.Which can prolong life of the heating element.The temperature difference under controlling within 1°C difference.It will make sure that raw material can not be burnt insider of the hot runner.The wastage will be kept less than 1% the new sprayer design make the mould are easy for maintaining
