The structure of this GT-SSP series of screen changer/ melt filter
1) The main body of the screen changer
Raw material: 38CeMoAlA
Depth of Nitrated Layer: 0.40-0.70mm
Hardness of nitration:950-1050Hv
Fragility of nitration: Less than grade 1
The flow channel: chroming treatment
2) Breaker plate: two pieces or more
3)Drive system:hydraulic unit with accumlator
4)Electrical controlling pack(optional) , this part is desired by the customers.
