A Main Function
A) Suitable for flat welding surface.
B) The heating plate is integrated with the machine, so it only needs to change the right mould and the left mould when different components will be welded.
C) Machine is constructed with high strength and high rigidity.
D) PID precise temperature control with temperature alarm limits. Machine runs only in a suitable temperature range.
E) Touch-Screen User Interface simplifies parameter input and alarm message to be displayed
F) Multilevel password protection is applied to escape from operation of non-authorized person.
G) Machine is equipped with hi-content vacuum pump system ensuring enough suction to hold components.
H) Exhaust fan and hole are set to drive waste gas generated during welding.
I) Linear guide shafts/bearings designed for precise tool alignment through decades of use.
J) Safety lock is equipped on doors to avoid running when any doors are open to guarantee operator's safety; Optical grating protection system is applied on operation window to avoid safety misadventure.
K) Multiple temperature systems are applied, making it easy to control the balance of temperature of heating plate.
L) Moulds are assembled automatically, reducing the time spending in changing moulds.
M) The out shell of machine has insulation function which Prevent thermal radiation.
N) Machine is fabricated in horizontal structure which helps place and gather parts easily.
O) Machine is equipped with cantilever type control box, thus the operation position is adjustable.
