Hot plate welding is widely used for the most challenging materials and large part assembly with high strength and hermetic requirements. During the hot plate welding, both part halves are held rigidly in position against/ near a thermally heated platen to melt the joining surfaces. The materials are then quickly separated from the heated source and driven together and allowed to re-solidify under pressure.

Function Introduction:
1) This machine is specially designed as making use of way of that thermoplastic parts can be joint together well after be molten by heating to melt and joint parts requiring high-tension-proof and water-proof. Machine is controlled by PLC, making machine operation easy and accurate;
2) During production, machine holds the halves rigidly with upper fixture and lower fixture and melts the joining surface of halves with thermally heated platen; Vacuum are applied on the upper fixture helping hold upper plastic half; Both upper fixture and lower fixture are equipped with small cylinders for holding halves.
3) The upper and lower fixtures of machines are driven by two independent cylinders, each cylinder is equipped with piezometer and mastered by pressure regulator independently, avoiding work affected by self-gravity of the upper fixture and the lower fixture.
4) The fixtures move up and down with the guiding of linear pillars, and position-stopped by the position stopper. The fixture modules are equipped with bumper to reduce the shake when the fixtures move toward together and position-stopped by position stopper.
5) The heat platen moves frontward and backward driven by two cylinders and guided by linear guide.
6)The master cylinders are monitored by sensors, such as below. Machine dose not work if cylinder can not work normally.
7) A pair of optical curtain sensors are applied and the operation window for security, thus, machine does not run if any thing sensed between the two sensors.
8) To guarantee the security of workers, every door is equipped with door safety sensor, thus, machine does not start if any door is open.
9) Alarm lamp is applied on this machine to shown machine's working manner.
10) The temperature is regulated by temperature regulators. The temperature accurate to ± 2 centigrade on the check point, and temperature on the tool surface touch the plastic halves is accurate to ± 10centigrade.
11) Machine is controlled by PLC and set on the touch panel, both auto and manual working models are available, making machine operation easy.
12) Emergency stop button is set on the machine to stop machine if anything emergent happen during machine's running.
13) Master power switch lock controlled by key, avoid to be operated by non-authorized person.
13) The pneumatic system is equipped with air container, solenoid valve and air filter, guaranteeing the pneumatic driving system working smoothly and stably.
