Working Method of the machine There are four optional working modes:
1. Automatic mode
A) Handy loading the parts by the operator
B) Step "parts clamp" paddle
C) Cylinders and vacuum pads clamp the parts
D) Sensors confirm the parts in right position
E) Press "cycle start" button
F) Door closing
G) Hot plate forward movement
H) Upper jig descent and lower jig ascent to heating position
I) Heating
J) Upper jig ascent and lower jig descent to resting position
K) Hot plate return movement
L) Upper jig descent and Lower jig ascent to welding position
M) Cooling, upper jig release clamping
N) Upper jig descent and Lower jig ascent to resting position
O) Door open, and lower jig release clamping
P) Cycle finish
Q) Welded part unloading from lower jig
2. Manual mode
A) Able to run all the functions mentioned in automatic mode, without following the complete sequence.
B) Some functions are limited if any other element is not in safety position.
3. Jig loading mode
A) Push upper and lower jig into machine, upper and lower jig are close together.
B) Press start button in "Jig loading" mode
C) Door close
D) Sensor confirm jigs position
E) Machine clamp lower jig by cylinders
F) Upper mounting plate descent, lower mounting plate ascent
G) Machine clamp upper jig by cylinders
H) Upper mounting plate ascent, lower mounting plate descent
I) Door open
J) Jig loading finish
4. Jig unloading mode
A) Unplug air tubes on upper jig
B) Press start button in "Jig unloading" mode
C) Sensor confirm air tubes are unpluged
D) Door close
E) Upper mounting plate descent, lower mounting plate ascent
F) Machine unlock upper jig by cylinders
G) Upper mounting plate ascent, lower mounting plate descent
H) Machine unlock lower jig by cylinders
I) Door open
J) Jig unloading finish
Characteristic
1. Heating time is control independently for different material of the parts. Since upper jig and lower jig are drive by two separate cylinders.
2. Temperatures are control with PID system and SSR, they let the accuracy within ± 2 centigradeand long life of relays.
3. Tactile screen for operating and parameters setting. Mitsubishi PLC control machine sequence.
4. Safety door sensors ensure all doors closed during machine running.
5. Optical safety curtain protect
A) Prevent any object go through the door when front door closing.
B) Prevent machine run in manual mode, if any object inside machine and operator incorrect operation.
6. Three colors indicator light
A) Red: Machine failure
B) Green: Machine running properly
C) Yellow: Machine ready or Machine in manual mode
7. Hot plate movement cylinder is design under the machine main plate. It prevents the thermal effect to the cylinder. Cylinder work more stable and long life.
8. Upper and lower jigs slide moving on four high precision columns. Totally 16 pieces of linear bearings guaranty upper and lower mounting plate moving in high precise level.
