With all steel fabricated chassis manufactured in sections for ease of handling. Complete with infeed guides and sheet lubricators. Fixed position driven forming stations, all tooling, tooling pedestals and pre-lubricated bearings.
Drive Unit:
Multi input variable-speed electric drive unit.
Guillotine:
Stationary-slug type hydraulically operated guillotine press, complete with replaceable profiled shear blades.
Product Support Tables:
11.5 metres of roller top runout table.
Guarding:
Full overhead lift-up guarding.
Control Console:
Free-standing control console, complete with both auto and manual functions. Featuring control system or optional downloadable pc control.
